Field Trip & Event Policies

  • When you are at a GCCHS activity please be sure you are representing the group in a positive way.
  • GCCHS field trips and events are only open to current GCCHS members and grandparents unless otherwise stated. Grandparents must have a signed waiver on file or bring one to the event. 
  • Please DO NOT contact the facility or venue directly. Any questions about the facility, reservations, or concerns must go through the Event Coordinator. 
  • Always follow the rules of the facility.
  • Unless otherwise stated, children must stay with the group or their parent/chaperone at all times. Please click the button below to read more about our chaperone policy. 
  • Parents are always responsible for the behavior of their children.
  • Be polite and thoughtful in behavior and actions.
